Ingredients:-
400 gms. Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
400 gms. Icing sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


Method:-
1. Whip the butter with an electric beater until pale and fluffy.
2. Now add icing sugar to the butter one spoon at a time. Keep whipping.
3. Add vanilla extract and fold it in properly.

Enjoy creamy buttercream frosting and decorate your cakes and cupcakes with it! HAPPY COOKING!!!


TIPS:-
- Buttercream is ready when it starts holding it’s shape.
- If the buttercream is too stiff, then you can add 1-2 tbsp. Milk or Cream to it.
- If you want a chocolate buttercream frosting, then add 30 gms. Cocoa Powder before adding the icing sugar.
- This icing/frosting lasts in the refrigerator for 7 days.
